Return

We have a 14-day right of withdrawal. (see Right of withdrawal ) But please note that unfortunately we cannot offer free returns. In our product descriptions we try to describe our sizes as accurately as possible and hope that returns are not necessary in the first place. In the event of a return, you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Please ensure that all returned items are sent back with their undamaged label . Of course, it is okay to try on an item just like you would in a store, etc.

You can return the goods as follows:

1. Packing goods
You can return the items to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please pack the items well and securely in the original package or in another sturdy box. A direct exchange is not possible. To receive a different size in exchange, please place a new order in the shop.

2. Return address
Please send the return at your own expense to:

3. Refund
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
