Pelèr surfing was founded in 2023 by Munich residents Louis and his father Sibu. The two have always been fascinated by water sports such as surfing, kiting and wakeboarding. This passion inspired them to develop the best boardshorts in the world themselves - and that's how Pelèr surfing was born.

Pelèr surfing is now run by Louis and his best kite buddy Alex from South Tyrol. The two met a few years ago at "Beekite" - the kitesurfing school on Lake Garda. Louis came to "Beekite" as an intern, where Alex was already a partner at the time. Since then, we have not only been connected by our passion for kitesurfing, but also by a deep friendship that has been strengthened by shared experiences and adventures. Today, the two also run the kitesurfing school together. With Pelèr surfing, Louis and Alex want to share their enthusiasm for water sports and offer high-quality equipment that is perfect for your adventures on and off the water. Here, design and function are finally perfectly coordinated.

We are always impressed by the beautiful landscape, the crystal clear water and the impressive atmosphere that prevails at Lake Garda. What does Peler mean?

"Pelèr" is a wind on Lake Garda that is caused by the temperature differences between Trento and Verona. The Pelèr typically starts in the morning hours. It is known to be strong and constant, which makes it a popular destination for wind sports enthusiasts.
